Perform gouging, preheating to 150°C, multi-pass full penetration welding using E7018 low-hydrogen electrodes under Class DNV Surveyor supervision.
Install reinforcement bracket gussets on lower stool connection per IACS Rec. 47 revision guidelines.
Cargo Hold #3 Bulkhead Plating Ri 4 Corrosion Renewal
Perform grid UTM gauge measurements. Crop out 1200mm x 800mm x 14mm corroded grade AH36 steel plate and fit insert renewal plate.
Apply 3 coats of solvent-free epoxy mastic barrier coating system (dry film thickness 300 microns).
Hatch Cover #1 Sponge Packing Replacement & Sherlog Leak Test
